Barbara Rudd
Director
Barbara is an experienced Marketing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the health industry and now provides independent marketing and nutrition consultancy. She offers advice to supplement brands and retailers on the VMS market, as well as product development and education. Plus, affordable business and marketing advice to Practitioners to facilitate their business growth.
She was the Marketing Manager for one of the UKs leading suppliers of food supplements to health practitioners including, GPs, Hospital Pharmacists, Independent Pharmacies, Nutritionists, Osteopaths and Health Food Stores. As well as very effectively managing the Lamberts® brand, one of her proudest achievements was the development of the Lamberts® UK wide seminar programme for practitioners that qualifies for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. One of the biggest and most successful practitioner education programmes for CPD in the UK. During the COVID pandemic, Barbara efficiently adapted this seminar programme to webinars to ensure that practitioners still had access to CPD education.
Her experience also includes successfully managing a team of Nutrition Advisors that handled thousands of advice calls on the suitability/compatibility of food supplements.
Combining her experiences, Barbara’s mindset has been to apply her nutrition knowledge with her marketing skills to truly meet health practitioner’s needs.
Outside of her work, Barbara is married to Jonathan and Mum to Briony, Finlay and Maiya. They have recently moved from their family home in the South East to further their love of the outdoor life in Mid Wales. Not forgetting to mention their two gorgeous dogs, Flossie and Rosie, along with their loveable rabbit Leo, and cute guinea pigs Pippa and Pepper.
Barbara loves nothing better than spending time with her family and extended family (pets), cooking, walking, gardening, and spending a few nights under canvas.
